Meet Logan Baggett

We’re thrilled to welcome Logan Baggett to the Yellowfin family as our new Manager of Customer Experience. Logan brings a rare blend of hands-on technical expertise and customer-focused leadership, having served as Marine and R&D Technician and Warranty Lead throughout his career. With a strong background in electrical diagnostics, marine systems, and service department development — plus NMMA certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology — Logan has consistently delivered results in fast-paced environments. Since joining Yellowfin at the beginning of 2026, Logan has already made a meaningful and immediate impact on our customer experience, strengthening communication, accelerating resolution timelines, and helping elevate the overall ownership journey. His experience spanning warranty leadership, service advising, and technical troubleshooting makes him uniquely positioned to further enhance the Yellowfin ownership experience and deepen dealer and customer relationships nationwide.
