Sea Trial Success with Quad 425hp Verados
Last week, we equipped our latest 39′ Yellowfin demo, which is now available, with a quad configuration of the new 425s. The results? Nothing short of spectacular. The boat demonstrated a commanding new hole shot and notable gains in speed at wide-open throttle, proving the new Mercs are ready to deliver the ultimate experience that Yellowfin owners expect. Additionally, we’re preparing a selection of builds powered by the new 425s to meet demand in the coming weeks.
Upgrade Options and Availability
The V10 425s are available now, ready to be incorporated into new Yellowfin builds. For those who prefer the V10 400, it will remain available for at least another year. Mercury has also announced an upgraded 350 Verado, optimized for lighter applications like a single-engine setup on our 24 Carbon Elite. This enhanced option, with a lighter frame than its predecessor, will be available starting in September 2025.
